The Saturday Collective entertain at the Memory Loss Group

During the half term holidays the young people who attend the Saturday singing groups performed at the Memory Loss support group in Aldborough. Aimed at helping the people who access the support group relive their memories, the "Saturday Collective", who are made up of the Saturday Gleeks, Sammy and Rose, Danielle and Shaunna, Sammy Watson and Jess Hunter, performed a range of songs which included "Proud Mary", "Imagine", "Let it Be", "Wonderful Tonight" and "Stand By Me".

The young people also spent time talking and listening to the older people and a repeat performance is to take place at the Clubhouse in Garden Village on Friday.

Freedom Road Creative Arts are also working with the Memory Loss group on a Saturday afternoon, and a drama production built around the older people's memories will take place in March.

Well done to Molly, Sally-Anne, Elle, Dylan, Jordan, Toni, Celine, Bobby, Lucy, Jack, Sammie, Rose, Sammy, Danielle and Shaunnna!
