FRCA Charity Update and Current Provision
2020/21 has been difficult for the majority of people and for us at FRCA the challenge was about how we continue to engage and support those wonderful children and young people we work with.
We therefore introduced some fabulous new ventures; The FRCA Podcast Corner, FRCA-FM Radio Show, the News Weekly Programme, our Healthy Dependable Relationships project in partnership with FASTN; the Family Support Network as well as a host of mad and fun projects to keep us all engaged.
So, what now as we look forward?
The programme of weekly sessions, and to which current and new young people to FRCA are invited to get involved in, are as follows;
Monday:
Drama - 5pm till 6.30pm @ The FRCA UnitPodcast Corner 101 - 6.30pm till 8pm @ The FRCA Unit
Tuesday:
Music - Bass, Drums and Vocal lessons - 4.45pm till 7pm @ The Albermarle Music CentreBand Rehearsal - 5pm till 6.30pm @ FRCA Unit
Wednesday:
Music - Bass, Drums and Vocal lessons - 4.45pm till 7pm @ The Albermarle Music CentreBand Rehearsal - 5pm till 6.30pm @ FRCA Unit
Thursday:
Songwriting and Recording - Times flexible @ The FRCA UnitFriday:
News Weekly Recording - @ The FRCA UnitSaturday:
Group Music - 10.30am till 11.45am - @ The Albermarle Music CentreDance - 11.30am till 12.45pm - @ The Albermarle Music Centre
Band Practise - 11.45am till 1pm - @ The Albermarle Music Centre
FRCA has facilitated a host of Youth Music stages across the region including Humber Street Sesh, Tribfest and Cottingham Springboard over the past 12 years and it is hoped that these will return very soon.
