Young People take part in Recruitment and Selection training
On Thursday 18th February 13 young people who access FRCA took part in a recruitment and selection training day. The day was split into 4 areas as the young people learnt how to shortlist candidates, how to set questions for interviews, they took part in an equal opportunities exercise and finally they set up a room to carry out mock interviews.
The training is to be accredited through the Youth Development Awards which then enable the young people to take part the recruitment and selection of staff in the social care arena.
